There are times when life becomes overwhelming, and we find ourselves feeling stuck. Thankfully, you don’t have to deal with these times alone. If you’re at a crossroads, I applaud you for prioritizing your mental and emotional health as you begin the journey toward healing. My goal is to help you build courage and resilience by creating a confidential, non-judgmental space to explore challenges with confidence.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University. My experience includes working with adolescents and adults who have experienced anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, grief, family conflicts, cognitive impairments, communication difficulties, low self-esteem, sleep issues, and stressful life transitions. Utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches, I encourage clients to take back control by challenging unhelpful beliefs and replacing them with healthier ways of thinking.
The therapeutic process can guide the way to self-discovery and growth. During our time together, I will actively listen and collaborate with you to develop a plan that will allow for the discovery of practical solutions along the path to wellness. Through a strength-based perspective, you can accomplish personal goals and improve your quality of life.
