Sometimes figuring out what direction to lead is half the battle. Treatment plans and goals are created throughout therapy with you in the driver’s seat to help guide you to experience that good life.

I am a licensed professional counselor and earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania. I naturally utilize a solution-focused approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but ultimately gear treatment to the client and adjust methods as needed. I primarily work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have an abundance of experience treating a variety of issues, however, I have particular expertise and further specialize in Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Abuse, Trauma and Depressive disorders. I also have experience and a cultural awareness for working with the LGBTQ+ community.

My goal is to get you to a place where you feel like you can really breathe and feel calmness. To feel empowered and more in control of your life than you may feel at the moment. To not let those negative thoughts have power any longer. I am here to support you with compassion and without judgement on your mental health journey.

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” -Carl Rogers
