Co-Pay (if any) is due at the time of services and may be paid by cash, check, or credit.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Self Pay

You always have the option to pay for services out-of-pocket if you choose to do so. Our rates are competitive and we offer a sliding scale fee option for clients that qualify.

Payment

Cash, check, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) are accepted for payment. There is a $30 returned check fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, there will be a $60 fee for a late cancel(under 24 hours) and an $80 fee for a no show . This fee must be paid in full before further appointments can be scheduled.
