Bethel Park Office
As a reality therapy and solution-focused, client-centered therapist, my goal is to help you discover your true potential and feel success in life. Since the source of almost all human problems is unsatisfactory or non-existent connections with people, my goal is to help you reconnect and develop healthy positive relationships. While we cannot change pains of the past we can work together to discover the struggles and patterns of behavior or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
My therapeutic style is supportive, non-judgmental, accepting and interactive. I join with the client and act as a guide to help you explore your strengths, find meaning, purpose and discover the barriers keeping you from a more fulfilling life. I believe reflection and insight alone will not bring about change, but once insight has been gained you can take action to foster change and move towards wellness.
