I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and received my Master’s Degree from the Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. I began my career in substance abuse, providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting. Taking my experience to New England, I gained extensive knowledge working with chemical dependency and co-occurring disorders as a primary therapist in intensive outpatient and community mental health centers. With a recent move back to my hometown of Pittsburgh, I use evidence-based practices and cognitive behavioral therapy based approaches to offer my clients the most effective care tailored to their unique needs. Through the use of person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I believe that each client has the ability to change their thinking and their lives to find their optimal potential.

I have been working with adults and adolescents for the past 4 years, working closely with my clients to help them work through depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse and other mental health challenges.
