Taking the next step in your personal wellness journey can be challenging and I admire your decision to research therapy options. It is particularly important to me to support and respect clients, so they feel comfortable and heard in the counseling relationship. I individualize therapy and aim to create a judgment free space for clients by being a perceptive, empathetic, patient, and caring therapist.

I am a National Certified and Licensed Professional Counselor having earned my Bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and my Master’s degree in Counseling from Duquesne University. Main therapy styles used include Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused approaches. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults to address various concerns including anxiety, depression, anger, grief, trauma, other mood disorders, substance use, life transitions, and family and relationship issues.

Common focal points of treatment are often self-care, increasing confidence by building on strengths and identifying support systems. Together we can focus on your priorities, solutions, positive change, increased fulfillment, and growth.
