Change is hard and taking the first step towards it can be the toughest part; I’m here to help support you in an empathetic, nonjudgmental way when you are ready to start on that journey. We will work on having value guided action by starting with identifying what really matters to you. What is most important to you? We will use these values to direct and motivate behavioral change to help you live a more fulfilling life.

I am a licensed professional counselor with an abundance of experience working in the mental health field through various settings including individual, family, group, school, and residential. I have worked with diverse populations and have a passion for the child, adolescent, and young adult populations. My theoretical background is rooted in a person-centered approach utilizing Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Solution Focused (SFT) techniques. I specialize and have experience in managing a variety of mental health needs such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-esteem, and stress management.

I look forward to meeting with you. Let’s work together to get you out of your mind and back into your life.
