I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh. I have experience providing counseling services to adults and adolescents in a variety of settings including outpatient, intensive outpatient, and school-based facilities. I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, shame, trauma, grief, and major life stressors. I believe that no single approach works for everyone, and it is important to meet you where you are. My therapeutic style is person-centered and can include a variety of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I strive to provide an open, safe, and welcoming space to navigate life’s difficulties.
Growth and change can be uncomfortable, but you have already taken the first step toward your healing journey of self-discovery. I hope to work collaboratively to identify your unique path to wellness.
