Sarah Hahn is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with adolescents and adults, transitional ages, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Her therapeutic approach incorporates CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Person-Centered therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Sarah aims to provide clients with a safe and non-judgmental space where they can be their authentic selves, unapologetically.

Sarah obtained her bachelor's degree with a double major in Psychology and Criminology and later graduated with her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania. Her clinical experiences have come from an array of environments including community mental health settings, substance abuse treatment, individual and group modalities, and school-based therapy (K-12). She supports clients dealing with trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, women's issues, neurodivergence, interpersonal stressors, self-harm, and addiction.

Sarah is deeply passionate about helping people navigate the complexities of life and find healing. "What drives me to do this work is the profound privilege of supporting people through their most vulnerable moments. Seeking therapy takes courage, and I am here to walk alongside clients with empathy and understanding."

Outside the therapy room, Sarah is a cat mom and enjoys spending time with them when she is free. She collects crystals and loves all things nature. She also enjoys being creative and the process of making something from start to finish.

  • Sarah takes on an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from various modalities and tailoring her approach to best meet the needs of each of her clients.

  • She prioritizes cultural competency, awareness, and the acknowledgment of intersectionality as it relates to an individual's unique lived experiences.

  • Sarah shows up for her clients by bringing her true self into the therapeutic relationship and cultivating authenticity alongside them.
