Morgan May is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist who works with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of challenges. Her therapeutic approach incorporates Art Therapy, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based techniques. Morgan helps clients feel clearly supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with what they're trying to create or clarify, making complex feelings simpler and helping them gain confidence, clarity, and momentum.

With a Master's Degree in Art Therapy with a specialization in Counseling from Seton Hill University, Morgan brings diverse experience to her practice. Her background includes working with adults living with serious mental illness in community mental health settings, adolescent females in the juvenile justice system, and providing art therapy support in hospice and bereavement settings. She also supports clients dealing with self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, mood disorders, family therapy needs, trauma, grief, and ADHD.

Morgan's dual training in art therapy and mental health counseling allows her to offer unique therapeutic approaches that engage clients through creative expression while addressing complex emotional and psychological needs. She has experience creating and facilitating groups for teenagers aimed at building self-esteem.

Outside the therapy room, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, walking, or just being in nature. She also spends leisure time creating art, singing in choir, traveling to new places, and reading on her Kindle.
