Julie DeBonis is a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with adults and teens, with a particular focus on working with women and navigating women's issues. Her therapeutic approach incorporates person-centered therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, ERP, and some ACT. Julie helps clients gain confidence in themselves and their abilities to manage challenging situations in life.
With a Master of Science in Counseling from Canisius College, Julie brings 10 years of practice experience with specific training in CBT, ERP, and substance use issues. She also supports clients dealing with grief, relationship issues, and OCD.
