Danny Churchill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with teens and adults of any age, with a specialization in working with people who have a trauma history. His therapeutic approach incorporates CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. Danny helps clients gain a better understanding of themselves through their work together, hoping they can leave sessions with confidence to face the challenges that life brings.

With an MSW from the University of Pittsburgh, Danny brings experience working with teens and adults in both community mental health and private practice settings. He is EMDR trained and also supports clients dealing with depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, and life transitions.

Outside the therapy room, Danny loves spending time with his wife, son, and dog. He enjoys drinking coffee, watching sports, and listening to music.

  • Danny is trauma-centered and desires to create a space where people can feel safe to explore experiences they have found hard to process.

  • He works hard to establish trust while digging into the issues that have brought clients into counseling.
