Christy helps clients develop healthier boundaries, improve communication, break unhelpful patterns, gain new perspectives, and cultivate self-compassion.
With a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Penn West University, Clarion, Christy brings 7 years of experience in the mental health field. She has extensive experience working with diverse populations across different levels of care. She also supports clients dealing with anxiety, personality disorders, and OCD.
Christy creates a space where clients can explore their needs and wants while gaining the confidence to get those needs and wants met. She isn't afraid to challenge clients to challenge themselves, offering different perspectives and helping them process hard and intense emotions. She is comfortable sitting with and processing hard, intense emotions, creating a therapeutic space where clients don't have to minimize their struggles or rush through difficult feelings.
