
Life is full of complexities, ups, and downs. It can be a relief to have an unbiased and supportive resource to help shine a light on new ideas, ways of navigating the world, and relationships. My goal as a therapist is to be a calm, caring, and honest force to help you manage life’s stuff in a collaborative way. I believe that our relationships with ourselves, the world, others, and most importantly family can influence where we are at today and where we are going.
I have experience working with a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and emotional regulation difficulties. In addition to this I have extensive training on working with parents and families on a variety of things. I am always working on bettering myself as a therapist through training, learning, and supervision.
Starting therapy is a huge and emotional first step, I hope to be there to support you on getting started and on this journey.
