It takes a lot of courage to start the therapeutic process. From me to you, I say congratulations on taking the first step to creating the better life you are searching for. And thank you for taking the time to find a therapist to address the concerns and struggles you are having.
I received my master’s degree from California University of Pennsylvania. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has spent my counseling career working with adolescents, children, adults, and families. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and family-based treatment settings. I have been able to incorporate life experience and my professional expertise to work with individuals and families. I have experience treating problematic interactions and relationships in the home, school, and community. I have experience treating grief and loss, family structures, traumatic events, depression, and anxiety to name a few. I use CBT, DBT, reality therapy and solution-focused therapy as main treatment modalities to provide services needed for individuals and families that will allow them to function properly and achieve the goals and dreams, they have.
I believe in finding the balance between the physical, mental, and spiritual parts of our lives. When we do this well, we can live our best authentic life and be who we were always meant to be.
